INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION

 


S.C EUROPRODUCTS SRL is honoured to invite you to participate in the procedure for awarding the public procurement contract „FRONT LOADERS”
1. Object of the contract: Supply contract
2. Nature and quantity of products to be purchased, CPV code: 2 pieces Front loader, CPV 43250000-0 code.
3. Procedure applied for awarding the public procurement contract: procurement notice, according to the national rules of public procurements of AMPOS CCE for supply contracts which are financed directly, in proportion of 50% or less from community funds and/or from the state budget.
4. Source of financing the supply contract for the products to be awarded:
Project co-funded by the SECTORAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME ‚INCREASE OF ECONOMIC COMPETITIVENESS’
5. The tender submitted of the tenderer should include:
- Technical proposal: The tenderer shall prepare the technical proposal so that it fully complies with the requirements stipulated in the Book of specifications.
- Financial proposal - Form of tender: The tenderer shall prepare the financial proposal so that it provides all the required information on price and other financial and commercial conditions of the public procurement contract, according to the tender documentation.
6. Deadline for requesting clarifications: 3 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.


7. Tender language: Romanian or English
8. Validity of tenders: minimum 30 days
9. The price shall be expressed in EURO, VAT excluded.
10. The tender price is firmly in EURO. NO updating of price contract is accepted.
11. The criterion to be used for awarding the supply contract for the products is: the most advantageous tender from an economic point of view – according to the tender documentation.
12. NO alternative tenders are accepted at the basic tender .
13. Warranty period of the products: according to the book of specifications.
14. The delivery of products shall be made within the term stipulated in the tender documentation at: Europroducts working point, Timisoara, Calea Sagului, nr. 280.
15. Documents accompanying the tender: according to the tender documentation.
16. Address for tender submitting: S.C EUROPRODUCTS SRL, Chisoda, jud. Timis,
Calea Sagului DN 59 km.7, nr.221, at the reception.
17. Date and time limit for tender submission: the 16th of March 2011, time 13:00
20. Time, date and location for tender opening: the 16th of March 2011, time 14:00, at the headquarters of S.C EUROPRODUCTS SRL, Chisoda, jud. Timis, Calea Sagului DN 59 km.7, nr.221
